Prestissimo (pres-TEE-see-moe) [prɛˈstɪsɪˌməʊ] Adj/Adv Italian for “very fast”

Prestissimo was founded in 2006 by Carl Scott of Ferndale, MI.  Carl started the company because he was a college student at Wayne State who wanted more than a typical job. Running the company since the age of 18 arguably taught him more about society than his sociology degree.  While only master window washers run the Prestissimo crews, we hire a detroit-area college student to apprentice in each crew during the summer months.  In keeping with the origins of the company, during their summers with us we teach these college apprentices invaluable lessons about business, hard work, and being accountable to one’s community (if only some of the bigger corporations understood this idea).  We’re by far the hardest working window cleaners in Metro Detroit, we go out of our way to have that reputation.   We can work at virtually any height, from Downtown Detroit to Birmingham and beyond.
